Prompt
Mothers in North of North are regarded as "The First Breath" as it is seen that a baby's first breath of air in the open world comes from their mother. As shown from the beautiful families in North of North, foals are raised with loving care from their parents and herd.
Every spring, when the flowers are budding free and the animals of North of North venture out in the warm and soft breeze, the foals love to find beautiful things to gift to their mothers. These gifts range from personal treasures to newfound creations that each represent the bond between foal and mother in a loving way.
To show respect and appreciation for all that Mothers do for their babies' best interest over everything else is something that became a tradition solely by foals wanting to show their mothers love through beautiful gifts. With spring comes the season of warmth, love and growth. The foals growing up and recognizing the love from their mother is a very meaningful moment between the two.

Instructions
Showcase an interaction between an existing mare in North of North with an OC foal of their own.
⋆ The mare needs to be an existing mare in North of North.
Mare cannot have any already existing offspring, but sweethearts and canon mates are allowed.
⋆ The foal needs to either be the mare's genetic foal(s) or an explained adoption.
⋆ Artist comment needs to have the other parent listed.
If the foal(s) is their offspring, there needs to be representation from both parents in the foal(s) or explanation in the adoption.
⋆ The foal(s) and the mare need to be interacting with each other in the entry.
⋆ There needs to be a "gift" in the entry.
Gift needs to be shown in a way that sets it apart from the background or environment.
Gift also needs to be understood that it is either a creation, personal treasure, or representative gift of the mother and the relationship with the foal(s).
⋆ Artist comment needs to have an explanation on the gift and how it represents the mare and the foal(s).
